*Free shipping offers apply to coffee bean orders only, all calculations to meet free shipping targets are based on coffee bean orders at the checkout rate. Other items are not included in this calculation.
*Free shipping for Redlands residents excludes island addresses. Bay Island residents are charged at the standard rate.
*Free and fixed rate shipping apply to QLD, NSW and Vic only. Other states freight is calculated at checkout.
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 28 days, though usually 2-5 days depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of rivercitycoffee.com.au.
If stock has sold out we will notify you via your provided contact method and ship the products once they are available.
